Terms and conditions

These terms apply to courses booked through hoogstudio.ee.

1. General

1.1: Booking a course means you accept these terms.
1.2: We can change these terms. The version in force when you booked applies to your booking.
1.3: Estonian law applies, and these terms do not limit your rights as a consumer.

2. Prices

2.1: Prices are in euros and include all taxes.
2.2: You pay the price shown on the site when you book.

3. Booking

3.1: You book by giving your name and email address.
3.2: We confirm by email with the date, the time and the place. The contract starts when we send that email.
3.3: Places are limited and are filled in the order they are booked.

4. Payment

4.1: Course fees are paid through Montonio Finance OÜ.
4.2: You enter your card details on our page, in a form that belongs to Montonio. We never see them.
4.3: If you pay by bank link, Montonio sends you to your own bank.

5. Cancelling

5.1: You can cancel within 14 days of booking, without giving a reason.
5.2: Email [email protected] to cancel. We refund within 14 days, to the same payment method you used.
5.3: If the course has already started, we keep the share of the fee for classes already held and refund the rest.
5.4: We do not refund classes you booked and did not attend.

6. If we cancel

6.1: If we cancel a class, we hold it on another date or refund that class.
6.2: If we cancel a course before it starts, we refund it in full.
6.3: We email you if the venue changes. A different room in the same building is not grounds for a refund.

7. Safety

7.1: You take part at your own risk.
7.2: Tell your teacher before the class about any injury, condition or pregnancy that affects how you move.
7.3: We can remove anyone whose behaviour endangers or seriously disturbs others. No refund is due in that case.
7.4: We are not responsible for belongings left at the venue.

8. Liability

8.1: We are liable for damage we cause intentionally or by gross negligence, and for anything the law does not let us exclude, including harm to life and health.
8.2: Otherwise our liability is limited to what you paid for the booking.

9. Complaints

9.1: Email [email protected]. We answer within 48 hours.
9.2: If we cannot agree, you can take it to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, Endla 10a, Tallinn 10122, tarbijakaitse.ee.
